Ordering sample invitations on your site? Browse through the designs and when you find something you like just choose your colour and click the grey add to basket button. Then a paypal window will pop up so you can check and/or amend your order. If you want to add more items to your basket then just click on the Continue Shopping button on the bottom right side of the screen and that page will be minimized to your toolbar. If you add more items you will notice that the paypal window doesn't automatically pop back up again, don't worry your items will still be added to your basket, at anytime just click the paypal tab at the bottom of your screen to maximize the window and bring it back up again. When you've finished shopping bring the paypal window back up and click on Secure Checkout button then follow the on screen prompts. You should recive your samples within 14 days. If there is an unavoidable delay I shall contact you by phone or by email.

Proofs I will send proofs of your wedding stationery for you to check and I will not proceed until this is signed on the back by you and returned to myself. It is your responsibility to make sure that all names are correct and all wording is exactly what you require. Any alterations made after your signed proofs have been returned may incur additional charges. Once the proofs have been returned to me, I will then go to print.

can change colours on most of my designs free of charge.

Payment A
deposit of 50% of your total order value is required upon ordering
for work to commence, with the final balance due before the final
part of your order can be dispatched.This deposit is non-refundable.
All prices for stationery include envelopes.
Postage & Packing and Delivery within the UK Samples
are 0.80p per order Large
stationery orders (over 2kg) are sent by parcel force 48hr delivery
service, p&p for large orders is £15.00
The postage and packing prices will be added to your final invoice.
Manufacture All designs are handmade to order so occasionally there might be slight variations between items. However, I do endeavor to keep all designs the same. Safety Due to small parts all of my designs are unsuitable for children under the age of 6 years. Returns/Refunds and Cancellations All of my products are handmade on a made to order basis. In the event of your order being cancelled CKK Wedding stationery has the right to retain the 50% deposit. I do not accept returns on any handmade products unless they are faulty. If an order is cancelled, all work carried out that exceeds the 50% deposit must be paid for. Website prices CKK Wedding stationery has the right to change prices without notice.
