Booking a place in my diary & ordering invitations / stationery

Complete the online order form and I'll get back to you within 24hrs to tell you if I can do your order.Click here for the Order Forms.
No payment details are needed at this stage.

Please remember that I work on a first come first served basis, so to avoid disappointment please book your order as soon as you can. Normally I can complete orders within 2 or 3 weeks depending onhow busy I am and whether it's Self Assemble (DIY) or not.

You'll need to provide me with a date you would like to receive your invitations by, and I will work to that, but more often than not you will receive your invitations before the specified date.

If you are also ordering extras like a table plan, order of service, menus etc it is recommended that you order for these at the same time you place the order for the invitations (if possiable). If you don't order your extras when ordering invitations then I cannot guarantee that I can produce them when the time comes, as my diary might be full at the time.

Ordering sample invitations on your site?

Please note samples can take up to 14 days during my busier times of the year.

Browse through the designs and when you find something you like just choose your colour and click the add to basket button.

Then a paypal window will pop up so you can check and/or amend your order. If you want to add more items to your basket then just click on the Continue Shopping button on the bottom right side of the screen and that page will be minimized to your toolbar.

If you add more items you will notice that the paypal window doesn't automatically pop back up again, don't worry your items will still be added to your basket, at anytime just click the paypal tab at the bottom of your screen to maximize the window and bring it back up again.

When you've finished shopping bring the paypal window back up and click on Secure Checkout button then follow the on screen prompts.

You should receive your samples within 14 days. If there is an unavoidable delay I shall contact you by phone or by email.

Proofs and Wording

I will create your proofs as soon as i can but please be patient as sometimes I can be very busy, but don't worry you will get them in plenty of time. When you recieve them you will still have to sign and date them on the back and then post them back to my address which is:

If there are any changes to be made please write them on the proofs. If the changes are to the wording I will send a new proof out by via email but if they are changes to colour or design I will send out a new proof by post.

It is your responsibility to make sure that all names are correct and all wording is exactly what you require. To avoid any spelling mistakes I will copy and paste any wording/names sent to me by yourselves, so please always proof read any wording before you send it to me. Any alterations made after you've signed the proofs and I've made a start on the order may incur additional charges.

Please use a spell checker to double check your spelling to avoid any mistakes.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of your total order value is required when placing an order, with the balance due before the first parcel is dispatched.This deposit is non-refundable.

When table plans are ordered alone I require full payment.

All prices for stationery include envelopes.

I accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer. I don't accept cheques anymore. When using PayPal your customer information is dealt with by using the highest standards of security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted format on computers that are not connected to the internet. For more information on PayPal security visit www.paypal.com/uk

Postage & Packing and Delivery within the UK

P&P for samples is £1.30 per order
P&P will be £6 Royal Mail next day delivery for very small orders or £10 via Royal Mail next day delivery for parcels 2kg or less or £15 via courier for parcels over 2kg.

I've had to increase my P&P costs because of postal rises. Unfortunatly I do not benifit from any postal discounts because I don't send out enough parcels each year.

I take the up most care to ensure that all items are securely packaged for transport in order for them to reach you in excellent condition.

Manufacture & Printing

All designs are handmade to order so occasionally there might be slight variations between items. However, I do endeavor to keep all designs the same.

When printing my stationery I use an inkjet printer for printing coloured text and patterns/pictures, so it is advisable not to get my stationery wet or damp as that could ruin the print.
(But I've had no negative feedback from clients about printing to date)

I will lightly spray the order of services, and menus with an inkjet sealer spray, as these items tend to get man-handled a bit.

Black text/patterns are generally printed on a laser printer and therefore will have no issues.

Sometimes colours can vary but only by a miniscule amount, but I will always endevour to keep colours the same through out, even if it means some re-printing to be done on my behalf.

Safety

Due to small parts all of my designs are unsuitable for children under the age of 6 years.

Returns/Refunds and Cancellations

All of my products are handmade on a made to order basis. In the event of your order being cancelled CKK Wedding stationery has the right to retain the 50% deposit.

I do not accept returns on any handmade products unless they are faulty.

If an order is cancelled, all work carried out that exceeds the 50% deposit must be paid for.

Website prices

CKK Wedding stationery has the right to change prices without notice. However, any prices quoted to you in an e-mail are valid for a term of 30 days.

Copyright

All of my designs are covered by ©ckk wedding stationery 2011. It is not permitted to copy and publish any part of www.ckkweddingstationery.co.uk This includes images, designs, texts and any logos. It is the clients responsibility to read all terms and conditions prior to ordering.

International Orders

It is at the discretion of CKK if international orders are taken on. It is dependent on workload and the size of the order.

Privacy Policy

I am committed to protecting your privacy. I will only use the information that i collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

I collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

I will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or unless I'm asking you to review my company, but I will only ask you once.

I will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information I collect is your name, address, phone number and email address via paypal. I don't collect your credit/debit card details.

The personal information which i hold will be held securely in accordance with the law.

I may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
