Booking a place in my diary & ordering invitations / stationery Complete

here for the Order Forms. Please remember that I work on a first come first served basis, so to avoid disappointment please book your order early. It is recommended to book your wedding stationery orders with me at least 4 months (if not more) before you want to receive your invitations. So check your calendars. You'll need to provide me with a date you would like to receive your invitations by, and I will work to that, but more often than not you will receive your invitations before the specified date. If you are also ordering extras like a table plan, order of service, menus etc it is recommended that you order for these at the same time you place the order for the invitations (if possiable). If you don't order your extras when ordering invitations then I cannot guarantee that I can produce them when the time comes, as my diary might be full at the time.
Ordering sample invitations on your site? Browse through the designs and when you find something you like just choose your colour and click the gray add to basket button. Then a paypal window will pop up so you can check and/or amend your order. If you want to add more items to your basket then just click on the Continue Shopping button on the bottom right side of the screen and that page will be minimized to your toolbar. If you add more items you will notice that the paypal window doesn't automatically pop back up again, don't worry your items will still be added to your basket, at anytime just click the paypal tab at the bottom of your screen to maximize the window and bring it back up again. When you've finished shopping bring the paypal window back up and click on Secure Checkout button then follow the on screen prompts. You should receive your samples within 14 days. If there is an unavoidable delay I shall contact you by phone or by email.
Proofs, PDA or Hardcopy? I will send PDA proofs via email of the layout of text for you to check and I will not proceed until you send me an email stating that everything is okay. PDA proofs are recommended if you've already purchased a sample from me and you're happy with the colour of the design, plus you'll generally get PDA proofs quicker than hardcopy proofs particularly if I'm very busy. **Please note if you've chosen to have PDA proofs via email you will have to print off the proof within Adobe acrobat, sign and date it, then post it back to me for my records** If you'd prefer to have a hardcopy proof sent to you in the post then that can be done instead. But you will still have to sign and date it, then post it back to me. It is your responsibility to make sure that all names are correct and all wording is exactly what you require. Any alterations made after you've confirmed via email or signed the hardcopy proofs may incur additional charges.
Quantity Discounts If you purchase 80-99 of the same item you will qualify for a discount of 5% If you purchase 100+ of the same item you will qualify for a discount of 10%

Bespoke Service I can change colours on most of my designs free of charge. My
bespoke fee is £35.00. This fee will include finished samples
of a day invite (classic, pocket or wallet), a flat card evening
invite, an order of service, a table number and a place card all
in your new design. The price band that your stationery collection will fall under depends on what and how many materials used. If you need to stick to a budget please let me know before hand.
Wording Wording and correct spelling is your responsibility. You can always send me the wording via email, or you can type out your instructions and post them to me (please don't send me written wording as it can be difficult to read other peoples writing), but via email is reccommended as I can just copy and paste your wording straight into the invitation and this way always reduces the chance of me making a typo error. Please use a spell checker to double check your spelling to avoid any mistakes.
Payment A deposit of 50% of your total order value is required when placing an order, with the balance due before the first parcel is dispatched.This deposit is non-refundable. All prices for stationery include envelopes. I accept payments via PayPal. When using PayPal your customer information is dealt with by using the highest standards of security. Your credit card and bank account information are stored only in encrypted format on computers that are not connected to the internet. Postage & Packing and Delivery within the UK P&P
for samples is £1.00 per order I take the up most care to ensure that all items are securely packaged for transport in order for them to reach you in excellent condition.
Manufacture & Printing All designs are handmade to order so occasionally there might be slight variations between items. However, I do endeavor to keep all designs the same. When
printing my stationery I use an inkjet printer for printing coloured
text and patterns/pictures, so it is advisable not to get my stationery
wet or damp as that could ruin the print. I will lightly spray the order of services, and menus with an inkjet sealer spray, as these items tend to get man-handled a bit. Black text/patterns are generally printed on a laser printer and therefore will have no issues.
Safety Due to small parts all of my designs are unsuitable for children under the age of 6 years.
Returns/Refunds and Cancellations All of my products are handmade on a made to order basis. In the event of your order being cancelled CKK Wedding stationery has the right to retain the 50% deposit. I do not accept returns on any handmade products unless they are faulty. If an order is cancelled, all work carried out that exceeds the 50% deposit must be paid for.
Website prices CKK Wedding stationery has the right to change prices without notice. However, any prices quoted to you in an e-mail are valid for a term of 30 days.

International Orders It is at the discretion of CKK if international orders are taken on. It is dependent on workload and the size of the order.

address via paypal. I don't collect your credit/debit card details.
